INVENTORY CONTROL SYSTEM (ICS)
ICS is basically a time and cost saving technique that indicate before time whether material for particular job is available (according to the requirement) or not. Initially company suffering from inventory related issues. In 2014 company purchased an ERP based ICS that’s help in from top to bottom (job start to product delivery). We have venders like DAWN papers and DIC ink provider.
